About me

I help individuals and couples create deeper connections, understanding, and ease in their relationships. Whether you’re navigating conflict, communication struggles, life transitions, or questions around intimacy, desire, or identity, therapy is a safe space to explore what’s been holding you back. Together, we slow down, uncover patterns, and build new ways of relating—helping you feel seen, understood, and supported as you cultivate more closeness, clarity, joy, and fulfillment in your relationships and in your life. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply affirming of your full identity. I believe that healing happens in safe, grounded spaces where you can show up as your whole self—without judgment. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Contextual Therapy to help you explore the stories, patterns, and systems shaping your experience. Together, we’ll work to make meaning, strengthen connection, and support lasting change.

I believe that therapy can be a powerful space for transformation—not because you need to be “fixed,” but because we all deserve space to grow, heal, and reconnect with who we truly are. I believe in the strength of vulnerability, the importance of feeling seen, and the resilience we carry even when things feel messy or uncertain. I believe our identities—across race, gender, sexuality, culture—shape how we move through the world, and those experiences deserve care and understanding. I come to this work not only with clinical training, but with deep personal gratitude for the healing and growth therapy has brought to my own life. I believe in laughter, real talk, and meeting people where they are. And while I won’t judge your music taste or your love of reality TV, I will always hold space for your full, complicated, beautiful humanity.
