Our clinical team offers individual therapy, couples and marriage counseling, Christian counseling, family therapy, child and adolescent therapy, grief counseling, nutrition counseling, and telehealth across Connecticut.
Welcome! I’m Olga Cruz, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Certified Recovery Coach, and Christian counselor dedicated to providing compassionate, life-changing care for diverse client populations. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University.
My areas of expertise include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), co-occurring disorders, recovery support, and faith-informed Christian counseling. I provide holistic, evidence-based care while honoring each client’s values, beliefs, and personal journey.
I am passionate about empowering clients to reach their full potential and creating a nurturing, supportive environment for growth, healing, and lasting change. I am fluent in Spanish and proficient in English and Portuguese.
