With over 6 years of extensive experience, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role as a mental health practitioner. My journey has taken me through private practice settings and hospitals, where I've worked closely with critically ill individuals. Specializing in areas such as grief and loss, chronic illness, anxiety and depression, childhood emotional dysregulation, childhood traumas, ADHD, as well as work stress and burnout, I'm committed to providing compassionate care and support to those in need.
