As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, I bring over 28 years of expertise in behavioral health, addictions, crisis intervention and prevention, and intellectual developmental disabilities. I am a suicide expert offering crisis intervention and prevention services/resources. My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal, emotional regulation, and solution-focused techniques, emphasizing active listening, empathy, and transparency.

My counseling style is nonjudgmental and interactive. I believe in building a positive rapport through trust, authenticity and compassion.
