Norma Dominguez

I am an experienced therapist working with families, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I support clients in navigating anxiety, depression, anger, and life transitions using a compassionate and individualized approach. I also work with couples depending on their needs and circumstances, helping them strengthen communication and reveal connection. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood and empowered to make meaningful change.

With over 27 years of experience in the school setting as a teacher and school counselor, I bring a deep understanding of children, adolescents, and families to my therapy practice. As a bilingual therapist, I am able to support clients in both English and Spanish, helping individuals and families feel comfortable expressing themselves in the language that feel most natural to them. My background in education and counseling has given me insight into the academic, social, and emotional challenges that young people face, as well as the impact these challenges can have on families. I strive to create a supportive, respectful, and culturally sensitive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
