About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist with 18+ years of experience as a psychotherapist. I have a diverse background working with people who have presented with various forms of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief / loss, crises and relationship difficulties. In working together, it is my hope that we can create a safe space where you can slow down, pause, and self-reflect. A moment of reflection, clarity, and deep connection to yourself.
I offer a safe and compassionate environment to help you explore your concerns with a focus on increasing your self-awareness, helping you build skills for stress reduction, as well as strengthening your resilience and thus improving your overall well-being. My counseling style is a fluid mix of cognitive behavioral, relational, somatic, dynamic and mindfulness-based interventions. I believe that I can offer you a treatment approach that is individually tailored to your unique goals, strengths, needs and challenges.
