About me
As a therapist, I deeply understand the importance of finding a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. I believe in the power of collaboration and mutual respect in helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals. My approach is compassionate and client-centered, focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship with each client. I strive to provide a non-judgmental and empathetic space where they can explore difficult emotions and learn effective coping strategies.
My experience spans working with diverse populations (adolescents, adults, and older adults) in individual, family, couples, and group therapy settings. I practice dialectical behavior therapy and other evidence-based techniques like emotion-focused and solution-focused therapy to effectively help clients develop coping skills, manage emotions, and improve relationships. My ultimate goal is to support my clients in achieving greater self-awareness, improving their emotional well-being, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
