About me
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 10 years of experience, and my practice is built on one core belief: you deserve a space where you feel completely safe to be yourself.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, mood challenges, relationship struggles, or healing from trauma, I'm here to walk alongside you — not lecture you or hand you a one-size-fits-all plan. Together, we'll work at your pace, on your terms.
My approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in evidence. I believe you're the expert on your own life, and my job is to support and guide, not prescribe. I provide gender-affirming and neurodivergent-affirming care as a baseline, not an afterthought, and I draw from DBT, mindful self-compassion, and feminist and multicultural frameworks to help you build real, lasting skills.
I'm passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and middle-aged adults, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. Clinically, I specialize in anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, interpersonal relationships, and supporting people healing from domestic violence, intimate partner violence, and racial or gender-based trauma. My background spans inpatient psychiatry, school-based counseling, mobile crisis intervention, community mental health, and private practice ; so wherever you are in your journey, I've likely worked with people navigating something similar.
My goal is simple: to help you trust yourself again. If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear from you. Reaching out is the hardest step, and you've already started.
