About me

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I strive to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore difficult emotions and learn effective coping skills.

Through my personal & professional experiences, I understand the importance of finding a safe, supportive space to work through the struggles of everyday life, as well as deeper, ongoing issues. I believe in collaboration, authenticity, & mutual respect in helping people heal & reach their goals. My approach is compassionate & client-centered & focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship with each client & providing gender-affirming & neurodivergent-affirming care.

I have nearly 10 years of experience across settings, including inpatient psych, school-based, mobile crisis intervention, community mental health, & private practice. I guide sessions using a feminist, multicultural, & person-centered framework, with a focus on DBT and mindful self-compassion. My goal is to empower clients to trust & validate themselves.
I'm passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, & middle-aged adults, as well as people belonging to the LGBTQIA+ & ND communities. My clinical experience includes helping people with anxiety & mood disorders, interpersonal relationships, & those who have experienced DV & IPV, as well as helping people heal from racial & gender-based trauma.
