About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician with a passion for helping others to heal from anxiety and depression symptoms resulting from relationship trauma; divorce(contemplation, in process, recovery) and challenging life transitions (empty nest, retirement and life review).
Relationships have taken a toll on you. You feel voiceless and unheard when you express your feelings. You second-guess yourself after being discounted or ignored. You walk on eggshells. When you’ve been trapped in a cycle of narcissistic abuse – when you’ve been dominated, neglected, or dismissed – you lose your sense of self. You resign yourself to a life where your needs and wants don’t matter. You've dedicated your life to supporting your partner, raising a family, career and other obligations. Now you've arrived at a crossroads and have forgotten who you are, what you value and how to live authentically.
