About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience treating adults, couples, and families, that may be struggling with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
I am an experienced therapist dedicated to the healing and recovery of clients. Throughout my years of experience I have been an effective and successful contributor to the enhancement of well-being and quality of life of the clients that I have seen. My approach is strength based and collaborative. In therapy I will help you to identify and use your resilient qualities to facilitate practical solutions that are self-directed and unique to your needs and well-being. I provide quality services with integrity, respect, care, and compassion, to empower, instill hopefulness, build and strengthen resiliency, and create change from within.
I work with clients with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and trauma. During our initial session, we will talk about the concerns that bring you to therapy and discuss how best to help you resolve the issues at hand. We will create a plan together to help alleviate your concerns, increase emotional well-being, and maintain your positive strides made in therapy.
In my practice I use various modalities of treatment include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Couples Therapy, Marital Therapy, Family Systems, Behavioral, Humanistic, Person/Client Centered, and interpersonal therapy.
Please feel free to contact me for a free 15min consultation and I will happily assist you.
