Our lives are shaped not only by the people we meet and the communities we grow within, but also by the lands we inhabit, the histories we carry, and the more-than-human world that surrounds us. I hold a deep respect for the balance between understanding the human psyche and honoring the wider relational contexts—family, culture, place, ancestry, and nature—that shape who we are. In our work, we will explore your story together—unraveling its threads, honoring their origins, and weaving them into something that reflects your preferred ways of being.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process, walking side by side through life’s challenges while fostering resilience, self-discovery, and belonging. At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued—while making room for the many layers of meaning that give life depth.
I feel honored to work with individuals and couples across all stages of life. Guided by social justice, cultural humility, and ecological awareness, I strive to offer care that is grounded and responsive to each person’s unique journey. I come from a native Turkish-speaking background and also offer sessions in Turkish.
