I’m Nikki Hughs, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and founder of Hughs Healing Counseling, PLLC. My work is grounded in evidence-based care, but always led by empathy, autonomy, and emotional safety. Are you seeking someone that "gets you?" Nikki is a trauma‑informed Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who walks alongside individuals as they reconnect with the parts of themselves that trauma, burnout, or moral injury have quieted. Her work honors the whole person, mind, body, soul, story, and nervous system. Nikki creates a steady, compassionate space to breathe, soften, and rediscover a sense of inner steadiness.

Through an integrative, holistic approach, incorporating body and mind therapeutic practices. She brings warmth, honesty, authenticity, genuineness and deep respect into every session. Nikki believes that healing grows where people feel seen, safe, free of judgment, supported, valued and deeply understood.
