About me
I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults, with a particular fondness for emerging/young adulthood. Working with clients experiencing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal challenges, parenting support, grief, I utilize a strengths-based, relational approach with clients.
I work from a compassionate, relational approach with clients where trust and safety allow for awareness and growth. I enjoy connecting with people and will listen to you with compassion, empathy, curiosity and respect.
