About me

I support individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, grief, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges with a compassionate, modern approach.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating—but it doesn’t have to be. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure, judgment, or needing to have it all figured out.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, grief, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and relationship patterns. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, emotionally drained, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, and build tools that actually feel realistic for your everyday life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation—not a lecture—and that growth happens when you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to try something new. I integrate evidence-based techniques with a modern, relatable style to help you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with who you want to be.

Outside of therapy, I value staying grounded and connected to the things that bring balance and clarity into my life—whether that’s spending time with my dogs, getting outside, or simply slowing down in a fast-paced world. I bring that same energy into my work: real, human, and focused on helping you create a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.
