About me

Helping those who feel stuck, unseen, or overwhelmed find relief and understanding in a safe, compassionate space.

Are you feeling tired of carrying the weight of anxiety, sadness, or old wounds that never seem to fully heal? Maybe you’ve been stuck in the same relationship patterns, struggling with self-criticism, or feeling like no matter what you try, it’s never enough. You might even feel alone in your pain, unsure if anyone will truly understand what you’ve been through. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone - and you don’t have to go through it by yourself. Together, we’ll work on finding meaningful relief today, while also uncovering and addressing why your symptoms began in the first place.

My approach is relational and attachment-based, which means that I pay close attention to your unique story and the relationships that have shaped you. I specialize in supporting people who are navigating trauma, shame, disconnection, and painful cycles that feel hard to break.
If you’re ready to take a step toward healing, I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone or video consultation so we can connect and see if this feels like the right fit for you. I would be honored to hear your story!

About Me

I earned my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and my B.A. in Psychology from Concordia University, Irvine. My graduate studies emphasized psychodynamic treatment approaches, systems theory, and psycho-spiritual integration. I currently work under the supervision of Dr. Brett Veltman (PSY 21684).

I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds through my training at Vanguard University, Seaside Psychotherapy, Azusa’s Community Counseling Center, and in elementary and middle schools within the Azusa Unified School District. My clinical and research interests include developmental trauma, attachment wounding, and somatic integration.

I’m currently completing Level I training through the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute. Sensorimotor Psychotherapy is a body-based therapeutic approach that promotes holistic healing by addressing not only the emotional and cognitive effects of trauma, but also the ways trauma is carried and expressed in the body. I’m passionate about integrating this deeper understanding of the body and nervous system’s responses to trauma to help clients experience lasting relief and reconnection.

Originally from Texas, I’ve called Southern California home for the past ten years. Outside of work, I love horseback riding, spending time outdoors, and discovering new local coffee shops.
