About me

I help teens ages 13+ and adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and pregnancy or postpartum challenges through compassionate, collaborative counseling.

You may be keeping up with work, school, or family responsibilities while feeling overwhelmed underneath it all. Maybe your mind rarely slows down, you feel disconnected from yourself, or a life change has left you unsure of what comes next. You deserve a place where you can speak honestly about how you’re doing without feeling pressure to have everything figured out.

I’m Nicole Wilkerson, MS, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington. I work with teens ages 13 and older and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. I also support people navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the emotional demands of parenting.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we can explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and expectations affecting your well-being. Our work may include developing coping skills, practicing boundaries, understanding recurring patterns, and identifying changes that fit your values and circumstances. Your experiences, culture, and priorities help guide the process.

Therapy is a space to feel heard and to work toward changes that matter to you. We can make room for difficult feelings while also finding manageable steps forward, at a pace that respects your needs.

I offer in-person counseling in Mountlake Terrace and online counseling for clients located in Washington. In-person appointments are available on Mondays and Saturdays. Reach out to ask about current openings and whether we might be a good fit.
