My primary areas of specialty are navigating chronic health conditions, anxiety, and childhood trauma. I use a compassionate yet direct approach with clients, utilizing various treatment modalities to meet the needs of the individual I am working with at the time.
As a therapist I specialize in walking alongside individuals who are struggling with chronic health conditions, anxiety, depression, and body acceptance. I believe my role is to support individuals with nervous system repair and trauma recovery. There is no one size fits all plan when it comes to therapy and the foundation of true recovery begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. I am here to help, not judge, and I will tailor an individualized plan specific to you and your needs.
