About me
I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker who provides compassionate, client-centered therapy in a safe and supportive space. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, and life transitions.
I'm an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) & Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC I) with specialized training in trauma, addiction, and neurodivergence. I'm here to help you build lasting change with support that's structured, honest, and grounded in real experience.
These challenges often intersect, creating complex patterns that require compassionate, tailored care. Therapy with me is a space to understand yourself more deeply, build practical coping strategies, and move toward lasting change. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.
I offer therapy Sunday-Thursday. All sessions are virtual unless you live in the Tampa, FL or Valdosta, GA area.
