About me
I am a licensed mental health counselor who is dedicated to helping you navigate relationships, anxiety, depression and histories of abuse.
Do you find yourself struggling with sadness or constant worry? Are you having difficulty in your relationships? No matter what you're going through, this will be a safe space for you. I'm here to help. I am a licensed mental health counselor of 4 years and have mostly worked in nonprofit. I believe mental health care should be attainable for all, which is why I accept health insurances and offer reduced rates if needed. Much of my work has been with the Jewish population.
My mission is to provide my clients with a safe space using active listening, talk therapy and a person-centered approach. Together we can build a bridge to healing and wholeness. My area of expertise are anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, suicidal ideation and trauma informed care.
Through our collaboration, we will work toward building self-efficacy and self-actualization through self-love and care. Please feel free to email me with a note about yourself or any questions you may have. I offer psychotherapy virtually and by phone.
