About me
I am a compassionate therapist helping adults with anxiety, depression, grief, and chronic illness navigate life’s heavy burdens, quiet racing thoughts, and regain a sense of control.
Whether you are navigating the daily reality of chronic illness and physical pain, moving through profound grief, or feeling overwhelmed by persistent anxiety and depression, carrying heavy burdens alone can feel exhausting. You might be struggling with racing thoughts that won't quiet down, a constant feeling of depletion, or the sense that life has become an endless cycle of managing distress. It is completely normal to feel stuck, isolated, or disconnected from the life you want to live when your emotional or physical health feels overwhelming.
I help adults with anxiety, depression, grief, and complex chronic illness. We'll work together to quiet anxiety, process loss, ease depressive exhaustion, and build practical tools to regain control. Whether your struggles stem from a medical condition, major loss, or mental health, I offer a non-judgmental space where you can be heard and supported.
Taking the first step toward therapy when you are already feeling overwhelmed takes real courage. I invite you to visit my website to learn more about my practice, my therapeutic approach, and to see if I feel like the right fit for you. Whenever you feel ready, you can reach out through my site to schedule an initial consultation.
