About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 14 years of experience working with the lifespan of ages from adolescence to end of life and neurotypical to neurodivergence. I adapt my therapeutic approach to match the personality and primary concerns of my clients. Models I use include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (Linehan model), motivational interviewing, harm reduction, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure Response Prevention. I am also a Registered Art Therapist which assists talk therapy through the lens of creativity as a personal tool for problem solving.
