About me
I understand that starting therapy can feel a little intimidating, so I like to make the process as comfortable and welcoming as possible.
Hello! I’m Nicole McDuff, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gannon University and have been working in the mental health field for over a decade. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, supporting them through a wide range of challenges and life experiences.
In our first session, we’ll begin with introductions and talk about what brings you to therapy. We may explore past experiences, current stressors, and together we’ll set meaningful goals to guide our work moving forward.
Because every person is unique, I draw from different therapeutic approaches to create a plan that fits your individual needs. My goal is to help you recognize and build on your strengths, better understand yourself and your experiences, and move toward greater clarity and balance in your life.
