When you're at a crossroads, what drives the choices you make? I am a licensed marriage and family therapist helping my clients take charge of their life stories, and love stories.

When I was in college, I wrote a piece for a creative writing class in which the protagonist was a not-so-subtle self-insert. The professor's feedback was" "this character has no agency," and she was absolutely right. My choices were driven by the side characters. Right then and there, I decided to take charge of my own life, and now I want you to do the same. My skills and training-- and those of my associates-- are at your disposal.

I'm a certified Discernment Counselor to help you decide whether to work on your marriage or let go. I'm trained in The Gottman Method, the current gold standard in evidence-based couples therapy. I'm also trained in CBT, helping you differentiate between what you think, feel, and do. Finally, I'm a telehealth provider, fully equipped to meet you where you are in both NJ and FL (PA coming soon!)
