I am an experienced Mental Health provider who is dedicated to helping children, teens and young adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief/loss.
I have been a practicing Licensed Master Social Worker since July 2015. I am experienced in working with children ages 5 to 16 years old via telehealth or in person. I specialize in working with children with ADHD, Anxiety, and Behavioral Difficulties. I practice CBT, DBT, Directed Play Therapy, Child Centered Play Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I hope to work with you and your child to help your child heal, learn coping skills, and become successful!
