About me
My name is Nicole Fagundes and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have completed my Masters in Counseling Psychology. I have been working with children, adults, couples, and families since 2018 in a variety of settings including crisis intervention, applied behavior analysis, and stress management.
My approach to therapy is taken from a collaborative, whole-person approach, honoring each client's unique story, strengths and goals. This includes creating a safe space that is free from judgement and bias. I aim to meet clients where they are, working at a pace that feels supportive and meaningful to them.
My clients will learn practical tools and coping strategies tailored to your goals- such as anxiety, ADHD, relationship stressors, and life transitions. You will have the ability to strengthen your communication skills and be able to express yourself with confidence and self-compassion. You will also have opportunities to increase your emotional awareness into how past experiences may impact current patterns and relationships.
