I am a Clinical Social Worker with 15+ years of experience in providing therapy to adults and youth. I specialize in providing a person-centered approach through a holistic lens, focusing on the connection between the mind and the body. I am dedicated to working with adults and youth to provide relief from anxiety and depression.
