About me
I work with adults who appear to be holding it all together, yet feel disconnected or exhausted beneath the surface. You may be questioning your direction, your relationships, or even your sense of self. Together, we’ll create a space where you don’t have to perform or pretend—just be real and begin to heal. My experience includes helping individuals facing interpersonal conflicts, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have also worked with military service members, veterans, and their families.
I am a licensed mental health counselor with eight years of experience and a certified clinical trauma professional, focusing on childhood and generational trauma. I am a strong advocate for mental health awareness and emphasize the importance of self-care management. Having personally struggled with anxiety since childhood, I have learned to become resilient and continue to grow through my challenges.
Using a compassionate, collaborative approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact—and how small shifts can lead to meaningful change. We'll explore patterns that keep you stuck and build practical tools for coping, connection, and clarity.
Therapy with me is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in respect. I believe that change is possible, and it starts with being truly seen and heard. If you're ready to feel more like yourself again, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
I typically begin with cognitive behavioral therapy to help you identify and challenge negative thought patterns that may disrupt your daily life. Throughout our sessions, I will provide psychoeducation and introduce personalized techniques, such as cognitive restructuring and mindfulness practices. We will approach these challenges at a comfortable pace, focusing on improving your mental health.
Mindfulness Growth Therapy provides remote psychotherapy for individuals ages 18 and older across Florida. To check my availability, please visit my website and connect through the link provided by Headway. Therapy sessions are held Monday to Saturday.
