About me
I believe healing begins the moment someone feels truly heard. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee, I offer a trauma informed and compassionate approach that honors each client’s unique story and personal path to healing.
My therapeutic style is centered around demonstrating empathy, compassion, and respect. I bring a grounding and caring energy to the spaces I occupy, and I strive to always hold space for my clients that feels safe and nurturing. One of my core strengths is my authenticity – I bring my whole self to the therapy room and invite you to do the same. I believe showing up authentically is the first step in healing our soul from unnecessary suffering. At my core, I’m a spiritual and naturally curious individual who enjoys exploring the complexity of the human experience.
