About me
Inclusive, neurodiversity‑affirming & trauma‑informed therapy for teens & adults facing burnout, identity questions, life transitions, social anxiety, executive functioning, and relationship challenges
I’m a licensed therapist specializing in neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed therapy for both neurodivergent and neurotypical teens and adults. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen, accepted, and supported—whether you’re navigating burnout, social anxiety, identity exploration, executive functioning challenges, stress, or relationships.
With my integrated, evidence-based approach, we’ll:
Celebrate your unique strengths, rather than trying to “fix” or mask them. Neurodiversity-affirming therapy helps you understand your neurology, build self-compassion, and harness your natural talents for growth and well-being.
Honor your lived experience, especially if trauma is involved. My trauma-informed care approach asks “What happened to you?” instead of “What’s wrong with you?”, emphasizing safety, choice, and collaboration.
Offer practical, client-centered tools, such as mindfulness, executive-functioning strategies, and emotion regulation skills—to support healing and growth at your own pace.
Whether it’s your first time in therapy or a return visit, I’d love to walk alongside you in this chapter of your life. You don’t have to go through it alone—I’m here to honor your story and support your path forward.
Fun fact: I share my home (and my heart) with three rescued parrots, whose vibrant personalities remind me daily of the power of acceptance, curiosity, and joyful resilience.
