I’m Nicole Atkinson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of DNA Therapy and Creative Solutions, where DNA stands for Delete Negativity Always. I believe healing is not about “fixing” what’s broken, but about reconnecting with your strength, clarity, and sense of self.

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—from themselves or from the life they want. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can process your experiences, gain insight, and build tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and empowered.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I integrate evidence-based practices such as EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while also honoring the mind–body connection and the importance of self-awareness and self-compassion. Therapy with me is both structured and human—there’s room for depth, reflection, and growth at your pace.
