About me
I am a licensed professional clinical counselor, who helps people address trauma, anxiety, OCD, identity exploration, and relationship challenges.
I view therapy as a collaborative, client-led process. The goal is to give you a space where you can safely look at what needs attention, challenge yourself when necessary, and grow on your own terms. If you are feeling anxious, sad, lonely, or overwhelmed, I can help. Or maybe you are feeling pretty good, ready for a new adventure, exploring a potential transition, or wanting to better understand yourself. Together, we can create a space that is all yours and safe for exploration and growth. Whether you are feel completely lost, or are simply trying to understand a specific part of yourself, my style is active, engaged, and practical.
