About me

I provide trauma-informed counseling for teens and adults navigating PTSD, anxiety, life transitions, and self-doubt, helping clients rebuild confidence and live with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose.

I provide trauma-informed counseling for teens and adults in Texas who are working through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-doubt, and the lasting impact of painful life experiences. My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and grounded in Existential-Humanistic, Person-Centered, and trauma-focused counseling.

I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what you are carrying without feeling judged, rushed, or reduced to a diagnosis. Together, we will explore what has shaped you, what is keeping you stuck, and what kind of life you want to create moving forward.

As a Marine Corps veteran and former coach, I bring a deep respect for resilience, courage, discipline, and the effort it takes to keep going after adversity. My goal is to help you rebuild confidence, strengthen self-trust, reconnect with your values, and take meaningful steps toward healing and personal growth.
