About me

A steadier nervous system. Clearer patterns. A life that feels like yours again.
I help adults work through trauma, anxiety/depression, burnout, people-pleasing, identity exploration, and neurodivergence with a grounded, practical approach.

If you’ve been holding it together on the outside while feeling anxious, numb, or stuck in the same loops inside, you’re not alone. Many of my clients are high-functioning, deeply thoughtful people who look “fine” to everyone else—then crash at night with overthinking, doom-scrolling, irritability, shutdown, or that familiar sense of “why am I like this?”

You might be in the right place if:

- You’re stuck in anxiety/depression cycles, even though you’ve tried to “logic” your way out
- You people-please, overfunction, or carry everyone else’s emotional load
- Burnout has flattened your motivation, joy, or sense of direction
- Trauma (old or recent) still shows up in your body, your relationships, or your self-trust
- You’re neurodivergent (or questioning it) and exhausted from masking

How I work:
My approach is grounded, practical, and collaborative. We’ll slow things down and map what’s actually happening—your patterns, triggers, protective strategies, and the nervous-system states underneath them. Then we build tools that fit your real life: regulation skills you’ll actually use, boundary and communication strategies, and a clearer internal “map” so you’re not stuck repeating the same cycle with new packaging. I’m queer-affirming and neurodivergence-friendly, and I won’t leave you with insight that sounds good in session but doesn’t change anything between sessions.

What to expect:
In the first few sessions, we’ll clarify what you want to feel differently, what’s been keeping you stuck, and what safety and pacing need to look like for you. You’ll leave early sessions with a plan—small, doable steps that build momentum without overwhelming you.

If reading this made you exhale even a little, that matters. Reach out to schedule a consult, and we’ll start exactly where you are.

Location & telehealth:
I’m licensed in New York and Virginia, and I offer telehealth services to clients in both states.
