My work centers on the intersection of mental health and career counseling. I help clients with work stress, burnout, imposter syndrome, and career navigation/changes.

Work stress can leave us feeling anxious, depressed, trapped, and irritable with our family and friends.

Clients come to me looking for a therapist with experience in the corporate and academic world, having faced many of the challenges they're currently dealing with. Together, we’ll work to help you manage the work stress, burnout, imposter syndrome or your search for a new job if it seems like your current role no longer fits you.

I’ve worked as a career counselor for over twenty years, helping clients navigate their career challenges and if needed/wanted, choose new paths that fit their values, interests, personality, and skills. Before that, I worked in the corporate world for 10 year and academia for 13 years, most recently as a faculty member at Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Bloomington. I see clients in person and via telehealth, so I’m able to see clients from all over Indiana. I also have counseling privileges through the counseling compact in Minnesota and Ohio.
