I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with adults in exploring relationship patterns and craft a life that is meaningful. I enjoy working with individuals and couples to help strengthen connections in their relationships and heal wounds. Much of my experience includes supporting people with life transitions, loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship concerns. I utilize a holistic approach grounded in systemic theory that is guided by the mind/body connection.

Life is relational, my training and approach draws from systemic theory. I strongly believe in the mind/body connection; some of the approaches I draw from include mindfulness, breath work, and guided imagery. My approach is humanistic , trauma informed, and person centered. I have completed training for the Safe and Sound Protocol Certification (SSP) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I work collaboratively with you to create a plan towards healing and fits what works best for you.
