About me

Clients appreciate Nichole’s authentic, down-to-earth presence. She is open about using the same skills she teaches, and she works to reduce the stigma around mental health by making therapy feel accessible, human, and empowering.

Nichole earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science with a minor in Professional Writing from Fitchburg State University. During her Master’s program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University, she became a parent to two neurodivergent boys—an experience that gave her a personal, meaningful understanding of neurodiversity and the support individuals and families need.

Nichole has spent eight years working in residential settings supporting at-risk youth and neurodivergent individuals, where she developed a strong foundation in providing compassionate, individualized care. Before joining Lifebulb, she worked as a community clinician, offering in-home therapy to clients with significant mental health challenges that affected daily living and independence. Her clinical background includes working with individuals navigating Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and Autism. Nichole brings empathy, insight, and a genuine dedication to every client she works with.

In sessions, Nichole’s goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming, and judgment-free space where clients feel safe to be themselves. She takes a trauma-informed, client-paced approach and is extensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Nichole helps clients explore their inner strengths, build effective coping skills, and navigate difficult situations with greater confidence and clarity.

Clients appreciate Nichole’s authentic, down-to-earth presence. She is open about using the same skills she teaches, and she works to reduce the stigma around mental health by making therapy feel accessible, human, and empowering. Her approach is grounded in acceptance, compassion, and curiosity—supporting clients as they learn more about themselves and grow in ways that feel meaningful and lasting.
