Greetings! I am Nichole Jefferson, a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years of professional experience in helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. I have three years of dedicated experience working in the mental health field. My greatest strengths include building therapeutic rapport with adults and adolescents starting at 13 year of age. I am intentional about creating a safe and secure environment for my clients in which everyone feels valued. I meet every client where they are and help them to see life through new perspectives. I believe that every client has the potential to be victorious, and I am passionate about seeing individuals meet and or exceed their therapeutic goals.

I am committed to creating a safe and inviting therapeutic environment that allows clients to explore challenges with concerns related to their mental health and well-being. I’ve been using CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy in my practice for the past three years. It’s helped several of my clients challenge and reframe their thoughts, regulate their emotions and impulsivity as well as manage their anxiety and depression. I focus on helping clients manage symptoms related to diagnoses such as anxiety and depression, as well as develop effective communication skills, and set boundaries that can help improve their quality of life.
