About me
I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals in accessing the tools they need to be the best version of themselves.
My passion is to support individuals in connecting to their own strengths. Getting in touch with these areas is how we best make the improvements needed to live a life more desired. In the various seasons of life, there are inner tools that we can tap into. I view therapy as a way to unlock and access those tools. I treat anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues and anger. I have a special interest in women's concerns, trauma and perinatal care. I support people needing techniques to cope with life transitions and difficult stages that they may find themselves in.
Using a solutions focused approach in combination with mindfulness, acceptance, CBT and a strengths based perspective, I help individuals tackle difficult emotions, tough issues and learn to reshape their outlook on life.
I view counseling as a journey of self-discovery and look forward to working with you on taking that first step. I invite you to call today and schedule an intake appointment.
