About me
I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in supporting complex humans. I have trainings and experience working with ADHD, late-diagnosed Autism, PTSD and c-PTSD, and eating disorders as well as all the way these conditions often are interconnected and overlapping one another.
I'm an eclectic and experiential therapist that draws from a number of techniques and modalities based on what my clients need in the moment. My skills range from more traditional practices like CBT, DBT, and ACT to experiential and deeply healing practices like Gestalt, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic practices.
I'm driven by my values and view each client as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms that need to be fixed or changed. I provide trauma-informed and client-centered care and don't have a cookie-cutter approach for treatment. Instead I look at your individual needs, goals and collaborate with you to bring clarity to the chaos and create sustainable changes.
