About me
I am a master's level clinician who is dedicated to helping nearly any age with mental health struggles.
I work with nearly all ages and journeys of life. Behavioral analysis, trauma, grief, conflict resolution, empowerment, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, CBT: my goal is to come alongside the individual and meet them where they are at. I create a safe space for people to feel comfortable and vulnerable in so we can work towards positive change and growth, making meaning of our experiences and how it impacts present decisions and mindsets.
