About me
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re trying to manage stress, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, or simply the pressure of keeping everything together. You don’t have to navigate those challenges alone.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and encouraged. My approach is collaborative, practical, and goal-oriented. I primarily incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques to help clients recognize patterns, build on their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and take meaningful steps toward change.
With a background in both education and mental health, I understand that life’s challenges can affect us emotionally, personally, academically, professionally, and within our relationships. I believe counseling should provide more than a place to talk—it should help you gain insight, identify practical tools, and feel empowered to move forward.
Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, my goal is to meet you where you are and work alongside you as you create positive, sustainable change.
