About me

Warm, collaborative counseling for children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges.

I provide warm, collaborative counseling for clients ages 6 and older, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, family conflict, and significant life transitions.
I tailor counseling to each client’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). My goal is to provide a supportive environment where clients can develop practical skills, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, and military-connected families. As a veteran, I bring an informed understanding of military culture while recognizing that every client’s experience is unique.
I earned my M.Ed. from Hardin-Simmons University. I offer in-person counseling in Abilene, Texas, as well as telehealth services. A free initial consultation is available.
