About me
I help adults heal from trauma and long-standing emotional patterns through a body-based, depth-oriented approach.
I work with adults who are seeking deeper healing from trauma or long-standing emotional patterns and want more than surface-level coping strategies. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and ready to explore how past experiences continue to shape their emotional responses, relationships, and sense of self.
My approach is body-based and trauma-informed. Rather than focusing only on talking through problems, we pay attention to how stress and past experiences show up in the body and nervous system. This helps create lasting change by supporting greater emotional regulation, clarity, and a sense of grounding over time.
I work at a pace that feels supportive and collaborative, prioritizing safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship. This work is best suited for people who feel relatively steady day to day and are ready to go deeper, rather than those needing immediate crisis support.
For clients who desire it, I also welcome the integration of faith into therapy in a respectful, client-led way. My goal is to create a space where meaningful healing can unfold in a way that feels aligned, intentional, and sustainable.
