About me
I am experienced licensed counselor passionate about supporting people in leadership positions including professionals, parents, and stepparents to navigate complex relationships, increase emotional intelligence, and to have a healthy, effective impact on those around them.
I work one-on-one as well as with couples virtually and in-person to provide the highest level of care. I like to see my clients make progress, and feel that it's important for it to be a good fit for both parties in order for this to happen. I have an extensive background in supporting blended families, people in leadership positions, as well as parents so that they can stay true to their values while navigating important relationships in their lives. My approach is eclectic, and while I truly believe that our emotional and relationship patterns are learned from a young age, I also believe in action-oriented present day focus in order to make progress. I take into account the whole person and the system(s) that they are a part of in order to address mental health and personal growth. I have extensive experience with mindfulness and meditation, so I often use concepts or tools from this background and teach or apply them to the people I work with.
