About me
I am a trauma-informed, goal-oriented, and attachment-focused therapist, who is dedicated to supporting individuals (children & adults), families, and couples navigate individual and collective issues. I specialize in issues related to relationships, substance use, anxiety, depression, and trauma/PTSD.
I am passionate about empowering my clients to learn how to heal and love themselves in a deeper and more intentional way. I use a strengths-based approach to help clients unlock and express challenging emotions, learn useful skills to make lasting change, and cultivate new ways of understanding oneself. I believes that change is possible and most often occurs when people feel heard and safe in relationships, both with themselves and others. My goal is to collaborate with you to create a safe and trusting environment to heal wounds, promote growth, and reduce stress.
