About me
I aim to help my clients work through anxiety, stress, and life challenges with practical tools and supportive, evidence-based therapy.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Anxiety, stress, and major life transitions can make it difficult to feel grounded or confident in your decisions. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and develop tools that actually help in daily life.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on meaningful change. I draw primarily from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together we work to better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while building skills to manage difficult thoughts, emotions, and situations more effectively.
Clients often come to me to work on anxiety, stress management, emotional regulation, and navigating life transitions. My goal is to help you develop greater clarity, resilience, and confidence so you can move forward in a way that feels intentional and aligned with your values.
I offer in-person therapy at my office in Costa Mesa and also provide online sessions when needed. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you can talk openly and work toward meaningful progress.
