About me
My approach incorporates holistic care practices, education, support, and advocacy. I am dedicated to addressing the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of individuals, couples, and families. My mission is to empower them by guiding them on their journey toward healing, personal growth, and transformation. I work with clients of all ages, from elementary-age children to elders, and I specialize in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I am dedicated to providing a protected space of compassion, safety, and stability to improve the well-being of all individuals and families in our communities. My approach will use holistic care practices, education, support, and advocacy. I believe in addressing the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of the individual, couple, and family. My mission is to also empower each individual, couple, and family by guiding them along the journey to promote healing, personal growth, and change.
