About me
My practice is mindfulness based, goal oriented, and emotion focused.
I work with adults who have difficulty regulating their emotions, finding effective behaviors, and managing relationship conflicts. I enjoy helping my clients learn and apply tangible skills in each session so that they can work through their challenges and make movement toward their goals. I have intensively trained in evidence based therapeutic practices (such as DBT, CBT, MBCT, EMDR, and PE) and have specific experience working with those who have difficulty navigating their emotions tied to anxiety, sadness, depression, and trauma.
