About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) therapist who has been in the mental health field since 2017. I bring over 6 years of counseling experience, specializing in helping people navigate the challenges of both historical and recent traumas, as well as major life transitions. My clients are often dealing with varying levels of stressors including: grief, anxiety, sadness, and a history of trauma, which can ultimately hinder their ability to sustain relationships, feel confident in their attempts, set boundaries/goals, find happiness, or revel in the fullness of a life that integrates their whole self. My approach focuses on helping clients understand and process their experiences, empowering them to regain control over their lives.
My therapeutic philosophy is guided in the belief that most individuals have the capacity for healing, growth, empowerment, and self-exploration. I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your emotions, understand your past life experiences, and develop the skills necessary for healing and progressing forward. My practice is affirming, all-encompassing, and validating regardless of where you come from or the story you’ve given yourself.
